Working with small businesses made me realize something that surprised me, when comparing my experience with big and small corporations. When it comes to running sustainable operations, size doesn't matter —the repeatability of your processes does. The difference? Large corporations have large teams dedicated to building training playbooks, documentation, and repeatable processes. Small businesses often lack the capacity and resources to do this in house.
