Through a series of interviews, we take a deep dive into what makes your company unique. Together we create custom process and training documentation for your growing team—as well as proven systems to help you actually use it—to finally get your processes finally followed by all.

First, we’ll assess your team’s roles and responsibilities.

Then, we’ll develop process and training content to serve as a single source of truth for how work gets done in your company.

Finally, we’ll teach you how to actually use your playbook and keep it updated, so everyone follows the same processes every time.

Expect this work to take 6-24 months, contingent on employee count. The more people you have, the longer it will take. Here is a rough estimate:

► < 30 employees = est. 6 months

► 31-60 employees = est. 12 months

► 61-100 employees = est. 18 months

► 101-200 employees = est. 24 months

  1. Book an introductory call below. We’ll discuss your needs, and give an overview of how we work.

  2. Then, we’ll schedule a formal proposal meeting to review how our standardized solutions can be modified for you.

When we’re done,

Materials Review

Kick-off meeting with all key stakeholders

✓ Invite any internal SME who will be interviewed for their institutional knowledge, as well as any leader responsible for operationalizing your playbook during or after our engagement.

Interviews / Process & training content creation

✓ This process can last 4 months or 2 years depending on company size.

Playbook software implementation

✓ As soon as there is content ready, and your team is ready, we will begin. Implementation often overlaps with content creation.

Change management guidance

✓ How do you instill the habits your team needs to start using your playbook? We guide you through what we’ve learned in working with 100+ companies.

Participation Requirements

Designate a project champion. Someone to “own” this project internally and continue the implementation after our engagement ends. Project champion must be on the executive team.

Commit to scheduled sessions. Reschedules will of course be accommodated, but doing so frequently can lead to significant delays in progress.

Commit to ~ 1-2 hours of “homework” per week. Typically recording a process on video, or sharing existing documentation. Responsibility can be shared with your entire team.
